A range of training materials (courseware) exists in most regions where ECDL / ICDL is offered. Courseware is typically presented in textbook or e-learning (web based and CD-ROM based) formats. ECDL Foundation does not produce or sell training materials directly. It does however formally approve courseware produced by a number of courseware providers. The courseware available from these providers is listed below and has been approved by ECDL Foundation, ensuring that they completely cover ECDL / ICDL Syllabus Version 4.0 or ECDL / ICDL Syllabus 5.0. These materials will carry the ECDL Foundation Approved Courseware logo. Note that these materials are also approved by national operators.
